We take pride in being the First to bring into the Philippines
the "High Heat Treatment" (HHT) technology. The introduction of this technology
into our plant in 1995 set us apart from our competitors and created a whole
new standard in animal feeds quality unequaled even until now. HHT is part of
our comprehensive manufacturing process with the objective of applying human
food technology to animal nutrition in the belief that excellent feeds produce
better and healthier livestock, aquatic products and domesticated animals.
Our fully automated facility operates with an on-line quality
control to inspect moisture and temperature during production with minimal or
no human intervention at all. Continuous upgrading and improvements over the
years allow us to maximize the HHT technology never before achieved in the
Philippines.
Single screw extrusion system assures enhanced quality...Our
first extrusion system is geared for greater efficiency and capacity by
optimizing the conversion of mechanical and thermal energy into
cooking heat while minimizing shear and friction damage. This system
facilitates complete starch gelatinization to turn out bacteria-free products
with high nutrient absorbability and longer shelf life.
Twin-screw extrusion system for higher efficiency and capacity...
We applied the most advanced feeds processing technology by incorporating a
twin-screw extrusion system that mixes feed mash while cooking it. The process
allows for higher capacity, more efficient manufacturing control and a
processing quality comparable to food for human consumption. This system is now
being utilized to produced our top-of-the-line animal feeds.
Taking advantage of technology innovations... Beyond the
extrusion systems, we installed a process densification system and a heat
wave-enrobing machine to fully automate our production. Such system is
capable of intense cooking for optimum nutrition absorption, as well as
efficient protein and energy ration conversion. Devices and accessories were
added to allow the inclusion of the most fragile nutrients such as vitamins,
minerals and amino acids without destroying their natural potencies; as well as
micronutrients, fats and oils without adding synthetic
binders.
